Kubo opened its doors on Bedford Avenue with a simple idea: coffee and cocktails don't have to live in separate worlds. By day, our baristas pull single-origin espressos and brew pour-overs that reward patience. By night, the same space transforms — the lights dip lower, the music shifts, and our mixologists craft drinks that surprise.
We source our beans from small roasters who care about how their coffee is grown. Our spirits are chosen for flavor, not label. And our space — light wood, soft linen, a wall of windows facing the street — is meant to feel like a room you'd actually want to stay in.
